Join Us for the Andy Buschmann 4-mile Classic
This local race is back in the RRCA Arkansas Grand Prix Series!! This year it will be on Saturday June 1st at 8am through downtown Batesville. The race is $25 with all runners and walkers receiving a goodie bag including t-shirts. Best to register by May 18th!!
Proceeds from this race help our center to continue to provide free services to child abuse victims and their families, here in our community.
Our Mission
It is our mission to Empower, Protect, and Heal child abuse victims & thier families by providing free services in a safe and child-friendly environment.
The Children's Advocacy Center of Independence County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Any child abuse allegation that is called into the Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline or local law enforcement can be brought to the CAC, so the staff can provide child friendly services alongside our investigative partners.
Our Programs
We offer a range of free services to support children & families. Our current coverage area includes: Independence, Sharp, Stone, Izard, and Fulton.
Services include forensic interviews, medical exams, mental health therapy, and advocacy.
We also provide free Community Education services to schools, churches, and other organizations.
